WIN A CHRISTMAS ROOFSHOUT BBQ COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This competition is run by Steel and Tube Holdings Limited and all its associated subsidiaries (Steel & Tube).
- Prize draw will run from November 2nd 2020 to December 11th 2020 (Promotion Period).
- The prize will be a onetime Steel & Tube Team BBQ held on your site (Subject to the sites location and reasonable accessibility) and a brand new Masport 6 burner SS. (Prize).
- Two prize winners will be drawn one in the North Island and one in the South Island (Prize Winner).
- Entry is open to all Fortress and Steel & Tube trade account holders (Account Holders) for purchases within our roofing products range with a minimum spend of $5,000 NZD during the Promotional Period.
- In order to be eligible to receive the Prize the Account Holders must not be in default for any payment to Steel & Tube at the time of the draw (Eligible Entries).
- The Prize will be drawn at random from all Eligible Entries on the 14th of December 2020 (Draw).
- The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and email, on the 14th of December 2020. The Winner’s name will also be posted on Steel & Tube’s social media channels and Steel & Tube’s website.
- The Prize will be delivered in person to the winner once the Prize Winner’s location is determined.
- If Steel & Tube fails to make contact with the Prize Winner after reasonable attempts are made to contract the Prize Winner within 7 working days, the Prize will be redrawn and a new Prize Winner will be chosen.
- By accepting the Prize the Prize Winner agrees that Steel & Tube may use their photos or names for strict and reasonable promotional purposes subject to all related and associated statutes.
- In no situation does the acceptance of the Prize create any new ongoing obligations between the Prize Winner and Steel and Tube, notwithstanding any obligations Pre-existing between the Prize Winner and Steel and Tube.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law Steel & Tube’s total aggregate liability to the Customer in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or otherwise in connection with the performance of these terms, whether in contract, tort, (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the value of the Prize.
- Steel & Tube will not be liable to the Prize Winner in connection with the performance of the BBQ held on site, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) subject to all related and associated statutes.
