1. These Terms and Conditions relate to the Steel & Tube Holdings Ltd (Steel &Tube). Facebook competition (“Competition”). Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entries close on Tuesday 31st March 2020. Winners will be notified the following week. The prize is a $100 Prezzy Card, it cannot be exchanged for cash or credit with Steel & Tube. The winner must have "Liked" the Steel & Tube Holdings Facebook page, must "share" the post and "tag" a friend in order to be eligible for this prize.
3. Only New Zealand residents over the age of 16 are eligible to enter.
4. The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries at the end of the Competition. The winner will be notified via Facebook following the contest. If any winner does not claim their prize by return private message within 2 weeks of original notification by Facebook Messenger, Steel & Tube reserves the right to redraw the prize. In all cases Steel & Tubes' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. You may only enter the competition once.
6. Steel & Tube reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. Steel & Tube reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting inappropriate or offensive material, or for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner.
7. Entrants are identified by the Facebook profile used to submit the entry. Steel & Tube takes no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of entries submitted by entrants using an account belonging to any other person.
8. Winners will be notified by Facebook messenger, supplied when completing the online entry. This notification will include information on how a prize may be claimed.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts. References to time and dates in these Terms and Conditions are references to New Zealand times and dates.
10. The prize must be claimed within 3 months of the completion of the competition.
11. Only entries complying with these Terms and Conditions are valid. Steel & Tube has the sole and final discretion to determine whether an entry is valid.
