Steel & Tube Holdings Limited today announced the resignation of Phil Abraham, General Manager Distribution.
The business has for some time been considering the consolidation of the Group Marketing function with Distribution.
“We have now decided to progress this move as it is expected to lead to a closer connection with our customers in each of the channels that we operate”, said Interim CEO Mark Malpass.
After careful consideration, Phil has decided not to be considered for the new role although will stay on in the business until the end of November to complete an orderly handover.
Mr Malpass thanked Phil for his significant contributions and commitment to Steel & Tube over almost two and a half years and wishes him the very best for the future.
The appointment of a successor will follow in due course.
