These Terms and Conditions relate to the Steel & Tube Holdings Ltd (Steel &Tube), Fieldays "Win a $100 Prezzy Card" prize draw (“Prize Draw”). Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
There will be one Prize Draw and each winner will receive one $100 Prezzy Card. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit with Steel & Tube. Entrants are limited to winning only one $100 Prezzy Card.
Members of the public will be able to enter the prize draw during the Fieldays, starting on 16 June 2021 and entries close on 19 June 2021.
Each Entrant must have filled out the mandatory form at the time of entry into the prize draw, in order to be eligible for a prize.
Only one entry per person for the Prize Draw and only New Zealand residents over the age of 16 are eligible to enter.
The Winners of the prize draw will be randomly drawn from all valid entries for the Prize Draw once entries have closed. The Winners will be notified via email following the contest. If any Winner does not claim their prize by return private message within 2 weeks of original notification by email, Steel & Tube reserves the right to redraw the prize. In all cases Steel & Tubes' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Steel & Tube reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. Steel & Tube reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting inappropriate or offensive material, or for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner.
Entrants are identified by the name and email address used to submit the entry. Steel & Tube takes no responsibility for disputes arising as a result of entries submitted by entrants using details belonging to any other person.
Winners will be notified by email, supplied when completing the online entry. This notification will include information on how a prize may be claimed.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts. References to time and dates in these Terms and Conditions are references to New Zealand times and dates.
The prize must be claimed within 3 months of the completion of the competition.
Only entries complying with these Terms and Conditions are valid. Steel & Tube has the sole and final discretion to determine whether an entry is valid.
Steel & Tube undertakes that the delivery of the Prize to the Winners shall constitute a complete transfer of ownership and title of the Prize from Steel & Tube to the Eligible Winner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Steel & Tube will not be liable to the Winners for any claims whether indirect or direct in contract, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise in connection with any use or any actions in direct or indirect connection with the Prize once presented to the Winners.
