Attached is a copy of the proxy form for shareholders wishing to appoint a proxy to exercise their vote at Steel & Tube's upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held on Thursday 30th September 2021 at 2pm.

Valid proxy forms must be received by Computershare Investor Services Limited no later than 2pm on Tuesday 28 September 2021 (being 48 hours before the time for holding the Annual Shareholders' Meeting).
