HST Portal Cleat Standard are made of steel to increase strength used within constructions, among other applications where metal framework systems are used. Sections are supplied punched and cut to length as required to provide a practical structural system.
Cleat thicknesses generally range from 6mm to 12mm thickness.
The hole centres are laid out to suit hole punching in the HST purlin. The portal cleat height may need to be increased where an expansion step in the roof is detailed.
