Twelve staff have been on this journey for seven months, and have grown in confidence not only in the workplace, but also their families and communities.
At the ceremony we were privileged to hear personal reflections which had key themes around leadership, cultural diversity, communication and opportunity.

Napier artist, Glen Colechin, has always had a personal vision of creating a full-sized Stag. So, when he was tasked with creating a sculpture for the Kings College art show in 2019, Glen was given the perfect opportunity to bring this creative vision to life.
